Hi, I’m Lydia.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tucson, AZ.

I believe that individuals have an innate capacity to heal — not just to manage symptoms, but to deepen self-understanding, feel more grounded and empowered, and move through life with curiosity, courage, and self-compassion.

I specialize in trauma therapy and offer individual counseling and trauma intensives in Tucson and virtually throughout Arizona. I support clients who want to heal past experiences, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

One of my favorite quotes comes from Carl Rogers, pioneer in the field of person-centered therapy: “The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

With wholehearted belief in this principle, we’ll work together to help you see yourself clearly and heal in ways that feel authentic, empowering, and sustainable. My hope is that even the parts of your life that feel dark, overwhelming, or shameful can become places that feel safe to explore, understand, and transform.

As a therapist, I show up authentically — compassionate, transparent, non-judgmental, and direct. I genuinely enjoy what I do.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy good books, scenic walks and hikes, my daily morning coffee routine, catching up with friends, and snuggling with my cat.

If you’re interested in working together, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
