Individual Counseling

  • Individual counseling with me may be a good fit if you would like to:

    • Reprocess past trauma

    • Improve self-esteem and self-compassion

    • Reduce symptoms of depression and/or anxiety

    • Develop emotional regulation and coping strategies

    • Understand yourself better and improve connection with your authentic self

    • Navigate life transitions and relationship challenges

    We’ll work collaboratively to identify and work toward treatment goals.

  • As a person-centered counselor at heart, I strive to create a space where we can both show up as our authentic selves, and you feel seen and understood.

    I use an integrative approach and incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to:

    • Person-centered talk therapy

    • Mindfulness

    • Parts work

    • Strengths-based counseling

    • Narrative therapy

    • EMDR

  • $130 per 55-min session or $195 per 85-min session. Longer sessions are available upon request.

Couples Counseling

  • Couples counseling with me may be a good fit if you’re hoping to:

    • Enhance connection, communication, and conflict resolution

    • Heal past relationship wounds

    • Want to find a balance between intimacy and autonomy (staying true to you while staying connected to your partner)

    • Gaining clarity about whether they want to continue their relationship

    We’ll work collaboratively to identify and work toward treatment goals.

  • It is important to me that each partner feels heard, understood, and valued as we work toward common goals.

    I incorporate interventions from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and differentiation-based therapy.

  • $150 per 55-min session or $225 per 85-min session. Longer sessions available upon request.

EMDR

  • EMDR is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD.

    EMDR can be utilized to reprocess:

    • Single-incident trauma (e.g., car accident, attack),

    • Childhood trauma

    • Traumatic loss

    • And more

    It can also help alleviate symptoms of other disorders, including but not limited to: Panic, anxiety, and depression.

  • Alongside EMDR, I incorporate other modalities (e.g., parts work, mindfulness, inner child work) when relevant and beneficial.

  • $130 per 55-min session or $195 per 85-min session. I also offer EMDR mini-intensives ($675) and intensives ($975).
